01 / Who can bid

Real people representing real brands.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the brand or project you submit. Provide accurate contact details, a working website where applicable, and artwork you have the right to use.

02 / How a spot is won

The highest verified bid takes the exact spot.

This is not a raffle, game of chance or investment. The highest valid bid recorded for a spot at its published closing time wins that specific size and position. A bid is only valid after the deposit payment is verified.

Each participant may bid only for their own brand or a client they are authorised to represent. We may reject suspicious, duplicate or coordinated bids.

03 / Payment & refunds

A deposit proves the bid. It is not the final invoice.

Dodo Payments securely collects a 20% refundable deposit when a bid is submitted. If you are outbid, the auction is cancelled, or we cannot fulfil an approved placement, the deposit is refunded. The winning bidder pays the remaining balance after the auction closes and artwork is approved.

Checkout for the founding build is for Spanish billing addresses and includes 21% IVA. Current payments are processed by Dodo Payments in test mode while the checkout flow is verified.

04 / What can appear

Relevant, lawful and safe for a public workspace.

Every submitted brand, logo, URL and call to action receives a manual review before production. We do not accept:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Gambling, betting or prize schemes
  • Weapons, tobacco, vaping or drugs
  • Hate, harassment or violent extremism
  • Political campaigns or fundraising
  • Misleading financial claims or scams
  • Malware, piracy, counterfeits or IP misuse

We can ask for proof of trademark rights, a revised logo or clearer website information. Approval is at the operator's reasonable discretion to protect the build and its audience.

05 / What the winner receives

A defined sponsorship placement, not an abstract promise.

The winner receives a remote brand sponsorship placement in the exact spot and size shown in the auction map. Its fulfilment includes one approved logo application to the tempered-glass side panel and a production proof before application.

This is an advertising service, not a sale of PC hardware or a standalone sticker. The placement stays for the working life of the founding build, subject to normal wear, repair or safety needs. The logo may be shown in build updates, benchmarks, streams and creator content; we do not promise a minimum number of views, clicks or sales.

06 / Fair play & moderation

We protect the board and the people using it.

Bid and payment records are checked server-side. We may pause a placement, decline an entry, remove prohibited artwork, request verification or cancel a fraudulent transaction. A cancelled or declined approved bid is refunded as described above.

To report prohibited content, impersonation, a misleading listing or a dispute, email @donidhernandez on X with the spot number and a short explanation. We will acknowledge the report and review it manually.
